House rules
No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Daily and weekly rentals include an electricity allowance of US$10 per night; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges. Electricity is based on consumption.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is an 8–10-minute walk. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk away, a mini-market is a 1-minute walk away, and groceries are a 5–10-minute walk away. The condo is in Building D on the third floor and requires walking up.
