The house

The stone-built villa has a garden, lawn, six sun loungers, parasols, a terrace and a barbecue. The furnished porch provides an outdoor dining table, chairs and sofas. The private chlorine pool measures 9 × 4 metres and is 1.5–2 metres deep. The property boundary is fenced, and there are immediate neighbours.

The air-conditioned living room has satellite television and a DVD player. An arch connects the living-dining area to the equipped kitchen, which includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. Towels and Wi-Fi are provided.

All three bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub. One bedroom has two single beds and space for a baby cot and high chair; the other two each have a double bed. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Free outdoor parking accommodates two cars.

Crestatx is a quiet residential area of Sa Pobla. Pollença is 10 km away, and Pollença beach is 13.5 km away. The nearest golf course is 7 km away. Pets and events are not permitted. A mandatory seasonal tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over.
