## About the house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests and has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Multi-level decks have direct access from each bedroom, and a hot tub sits in its own gazebo.

Level 1 has a room with a daybed and trundle, a full bathroom, a foosball table, a wet bar with a mini-refrigerator and a full-size refrigerator. Level 2 has a king ensuite with a standing shower, a king room with a semi-private bathroom, a queen room, a room with a double/twin bunk and trundle, and a den. Level 3 has a king ensuite with a standing shower, a half bathroom, an expansive great room, kitchen and dining area. A ship’s watch on Level 3.5 contains a bumper pool table.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens and bath towels. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Outdoors are a gas grill, outdoor shower, furniture and five beach chairs. Entertainment includes multiple TVs, cable and streaming TV, foosball, bumper pool, horseshoes, and a book and DVD library.

Corolla Light community amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, indoor courts, basketball courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a trolley, parking and beach access. Each guest must wear a wristband to use community amenities; 14 wristbands are provided.

A Welcome Program starter kit provides limited arrival supplies, including paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Guests provide additional paper products, trash bags and soaps for their stay.

Private outdoor gated pool, with size stated as 12 × 25. Scheduled opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. Separate shared indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools are available among the Corolla Light community amenities; wristbands are required.

The home is oceanside, with a short, direct and easy walk to the beach. Beach access is via Franklyn St. North Access. Parking is limited to six vehicles.

No smoking. No pets, including visiting pets. Each guest must have a wristband to use Corolla Light community amenities; 14 wristbands are provided. Check-in and check-out are on Sundays. Guests are responsible for replenishing paper products, trash bags and soaps beyond the starter supplies.
