No parties, venue use, smoking or pets. The standard guest limit is 6. Additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal may incur extra charges. Early check-in and late check-out may be available by arrangement for an additional charge.
Getting there
Richmond town centre is a short walk away. Nelson, Tāhunanui Beach and Rabbit Island are stated to be within a 10–15 minute drive. Kaiteriteri and Little Kaiteriteri are a 45-minute drive; Nelson Lakes is a one-hour drive; Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks are a 1.5-hour drive. A bus stop is a five-minute walk away, and supermarkets are 500 metres away.
