The house

The apartment accommodates up to six guests and has contemporary furnishings, an open-plan living area and a private furnished balcony overlooking treetops and the water. Bars, art venues and harbourfront dining are nearby.

The corner kitchen has stone benchtops, a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, wine glasses and crockery. The adjoining lounge has a flat-screen TV, and the dining area seats six. Two terracotta-tiled bathrooms provide vanity space, bathing and shower facilities, and complimentary toiletries.

Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed with hotel-quality linen. King beds can be split into single beds on request. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a workspace and an in-unit washing machine and dryer are available. Other amenities include a hair dryer and iron.

Guests have resort access, including a shared outdoor pool, scooter rentals and paid on-site parking. Cots, high chairs and extra children's beds are available for an additional fee when requested three days before arrival. A first aid kit and smoke detector are provided.
