No smoking. No pets. Weddings are welcomed. Kayaks and cruiser bicycles are available for discounted rental; a signed waiver is required. Twin beds may be fitted into a king bed upon request only.
Getting there
The villa is oceanfront with a sandy beachfront along the property and backyard snorkeling. The Rum Point Club is less than a mile away. Shoreline conditions may include rocky ironshore, shifting tides, weather-related changes, and seasonal sargassum.
