Guests under 12 are not permitted to visit or stay. Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refundable less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable, and the Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
Getting there
The condo is directly on Paynes Bay with direct access to the golden sands and private beach chairs. Beach accessibility varies seasonally. Holetown is a 7-minute drive; Massy Stores Sunset Crest is a 4-minute drive; QP Bistro is a 2-minute drive; Grantley Adams International Airport is a 35-minute drive.
