## About the house

The house accommodates up to eight guests. The main living area has a sectional sofa and large TV, with a separate second lounge. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine and refrigerator, alongside an indoor dining table.

The private pool sits beside a spacious courtyard. A covered patio provides a gas BBQ, outdoor kitchenette, dining table and cushioned lounge. Additional outdoor seating and a covered balcony offer leafy outlooks.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, courtyard access, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with a freestanding bathtub, open shower and double vanity. Bedroom 2 has a king bed that can be separated into two singles on request. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and balcony access. The second living area has an L-shaped sofa bed that can be prepared for sleeping on request. There is a second full bathroom.

Every bedroom has split-system air conditioning, with ceiling fans throughout. A dedicated laundry has a washing machine, and a dryer is also available. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a workspace, a private entrance and secure garage parking for up to three vehicles.
