The house

The house sits in a quiet, park-like setting with a private tree-lined, fenced yard. Outdoor spaces include a private in-ground pool, hot tub, large uncovered deck, balcony, lounge chairs, patio dining furniture, gas grill, firepit and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower.

The main house has five bedrooms: three with one king bed each, one with a king and a twin bed, and one with two twin beds. There are three full bathrooms, and the dining table seats 10. The home includes a living room, chaise, gas-burning fireplace, central air conditioning and heating.

Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer, dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The house has a private entrance and parking. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

Southampton town is minutes away, and Cooper's Beach is five minutes away. Nearby attractions include restaurants, a movie theater and shops. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
