The property is non-smoking. Approved Schoolies groups are permitted. The two single beds in Bedroom 3 cannot be combined.
Getting there
Clarkes Beach is a three-minute stroll from the property, and the Byron Bay town centre is a seven-minute stroll. Parking is available for one car in the off-street carport, with space for two additional cars off-street; the garage is unavailable for guest parking.
