Listing description
Cooinda has an open-plan living area opening onto a large elevated deck with two BBQs, an open fireplace and sheltered seating. The kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, with four stools and a six-seat dining table. The living area has a two-seat couch, two lounge chairs and a wood fire. Games, books, movies, a TV with DVD player and a pool table are provided. There is no TV reception.
Linen is provided, and laundry facilities are on the rear deck. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. The house uses mains green energy, instantaneous gas hot water and potable tank rainwater. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome.
