## About the house

Cooinda has an open-plan living area opening onto a large elevated deck with two BBQs, an open fireplace and sheltered seating. The kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, with four stools and a six-seat dining table. The living area has a two-seat couch, two lounge chairs and a wood fire. Games, books, movies, a TV with DVD player and a pool table are provided. There is no TV reception. Linen is provided, and laundry facilities are on the rear deck. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. The house uses mains green energy, instantaneous gas hot water and potable tank rainwater. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome.

The property occupies 10 acres of steep terrain, with an elevated deck and a steep, unsealed driveway. Apollo Bay township is 10 minutes away. Mobile reception is limited and there is no TV reception. Daylight arrival is recommended; bring a torch if arriving after hours.

Pets must remain outside. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Bring your own firewood; none is supplied. Switch the rainwater pump on at arrival and off at departure, and follow the special instructions for the water pump and hot-water system. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the booking terms.
