The house

The apartment accommodates up to three guests. Its open-plan living area has a sofa, TV and balcony doors opening toward distant Pacific Ocean views. The private balcony has outdoor seating overlooking the ocean and treetops. A double sofa bed in the living room can be prepared on request before arrival, with extra linen, for an $80 fee.

The kitchen has deep green cabinetry, brass tapware, an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge. A window looks toward treetops and ocean glimpses. The dining nook can also be used for work.

The bedroom has a queen bed, built-in wardrobes and distant coastal views. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity storage, washing machine, dryer and drying rack. Portable heating and fans are provided.

One dedicated space in a secure residential garage is included, and free street parking is available 24/7. The apartment is reached by two flights of stairs with no lift. Coogee Beach is a short walk away, with the Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk, ocean pools and local cafés nearby.
