What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs of non-fighting breeds weighing up to 5 kg are allowed with prior approval. The charge is UAH 500 per day.
What are the extra-bed conditions for children?
A complimentary crib is available for children aged 0–3. Children aged 0–6 staying without an extra bed are not charged. For children aged 6–12, an extra bed costs UAH 700 per night without breakfast; extra beds are unavailable in Classic and Standard rooms.
