The house

This two-storey home accommodates up to 10 guests. The open-plan living and dining space opens to the backyard and patio. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a microwave, coffee maker and an island bench suitable for meals or laptop use. The downstairs lounge has sofa seating and a wall-mounted TV; a second living area upstairs also has a TV. Outside, there is alfresco dining, an outdoor kitchen, a BBQ and a large solar-heated swimming pool.

The downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, built-in storage and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are another queen bedroom and two bedrooms with bunk beds, one of which also has a single bed. The main bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, separate shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. There is also a powder room and an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The home has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a workspace, a private entrance and mountain views. Other equipment includes a hair dryer and iron. Secure, free on-site parking accommodates two cars. The beach and Point Nepean Road’s cafes and restaurants are less than a 15-minute stroll away.
