The apartment has an open kitchen, living and dining area. The equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and stools, a hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, crockery and cutlery. The living area has two sofas, including a convertible sofa bed sleeping two guests, a television and artwork. A balcony with chairs opens from the living area.

Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
