## About the house

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed and a floor mattress for additional guests. The living area has a sofa, TV and coffee table.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator and stove, with a dining table seating up to four. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub with a shower attachment. The private patio is furnished with a table and chairs. Bed linen, towels, pillows, toiletries and other essentials are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The apartment is directly across from Battersea Park, near Chelsea Bridge and Battersea Power Station. Shops, cafés and restaurants are nearby, with Chelsea also within easy reach. Battersea Park Station provides connections to Victoria in around five minutes and Waterloo in about seven minutes. The Northern Line serves Battersea and Nine Elms; local buses and Santander Cycles docking stations provide further transport options. London City Airport is about 45 minutes away by car, while Gatwick is roughly an hour by road or around 30 minutes by train.
