The house

This two-storey house has two upstairs double bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and wall-mounted smart TV, plus a corner sofa bed in the living room. The upstairs family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower; there is also a separate downstairs WC.

The living room includes a smart TV and desk, with French doors opening directly onto the private decked garden. The fitted kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, American-style fridge freezer, dishes, cutlery and washing machine. Heating and fast fibre Wi-Fi are provided. Guests have access to the entire house and rear garden.

Bed linen, towels, tea, coffee and kitchen essentials are provided, alongside professional cleaning and 24/7 support. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted, and a video doorbell is installed at the front door.

Fordham Park is a few minutes’ walk away, a large Sainsbury’s is five minutes’ walk away, and Deptford High Street and Deptford Market Yard are around fifteen minutes away on foot. New Cross Road has cafés, restaurants and bars. Peckham and Greenwich are a short bus or train ride away.
