House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must provide a passport or valid ID for check-in, as required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 1500 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.

JBR Beach is minutes away. Restaurants and cafes are nearby in Dubai Marina.
