The house

The villa is arranged over two floors, with an air-conditioned sitting-dining room, sofa and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen includes a vitroceramic hob, microwave and oven. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The three bedrooms contain twin beds, a double bed and a single bed respectively. There are two shower bathrooms, one outdoors. One bedroom has a safe, and two fans are provided. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 5.7 × 3.7 m and is 1.5–1.7 m deep. Five loungers, a porch, terrace and barbecue provide outdoor space. A pool fence can be supplied. The small garden has lemon and orange trees with fruit available seasonally. The plot is fenced and has direct neighbours.

Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available, with one outdoor parking space and one garage space. Air conditioning in the sitting-dining room operates from 11:00 to 00:00. Consult the advertiser about possible charges.

Mancor de la Vall offers hiking and cycling opportunities in the Tramuntana Mountains, including outings to Ses Fonts Ufanes and the Campanet Caves. Restaurants and a grocery shop are in the village centre; further services are in Inca, 5 km away. The north coast beaches of Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia are around a 30-minute drive away.
