House rules
Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult. Pets are welcome for $150 per pet, per stay. Check-out is at 11:00 AM; unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. During power outages, limit high-draw appliances so the backup generator lasts longer.
Getting there
El Escambrón Beach and Playita del Condado are about a 10–12 minute walk away. The condo is on the seventh floor; access is through the building front desk and elevator. Paid parking is available next to the building. A car is not essential within Condado, while rideshare is available.
