Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Pets are welcome for $150 per stay.
Getting there
Condado Beach is about a 5-minute walk. The beach, restaurants and bars are walkable, and a car is described as useful mainly for day trips. Free street parking can be limited. The ground-floor studio is in a lively neighborhood, so some city sound is possible.
