House rules
Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Pets are welcome for a $150 fee per stay and must be kept off the bed.
Getting there
Condado Beach is about a 5–7 minute walk. The beach, lagoon, restaurants, pharmacies and small grocery stores are walkable. On-site parking is shared and not guaranteed, so a car is optional.
