Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a guest aged 21 or older. Check-out must be honored; unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Pets are allowed for a $150-per-stay fee.
Getting there
Condado Beach is a six-minute walk away. The studio is on the second floor of a walk-up building and requires stairs. The airport is about 10 minutes away by car. Rental cars are useful for day trips, while ride-sharing and taxis are available.
