Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Children are welcome. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Power outages can occur; during outages, guests are asked to limit high-draw appliances. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations, though rescheduling may be available subject to calendar availability.
Getting there
The condo is beachfront and steps from the sand, with direct beach access. Old San Juan is about 12 minutes by car or a 47-minute walk. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is about 14 minutes by car. A rental car is optional; rideshare and walking are described as convenient.
