Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a guest aged 21 or older. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. The apartment has no backup generator or backup water tank, and power or water interruptions may occur.
Getting there
Condado Beach is about a 5-minute walk away. Ashford Avenue and Ventana al Mar park are a 9-minute walk, La Placita de Santurce is a 12-minute walk, and Condado Lagoon is a 16-minute walk. Old San Juan and El Morro are about 15 minutes away by car. The building is a third-floor walk-up with stairs and no elevator. Free street parking is available when possible, with paid lots nearby. Uber, Lyft and taxis are available; a rental car is useful for day trips.
