Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a guest aged 21 or older; children may stay as part of the group. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Complete online check-in before arrival. A rental agreement and identity or verification checks may be required. Power outages may occur; the property has no backup generator or backup water tank.
Getting there
Condado Beach is a six-minute walk away. Ashford Avenue and Ventana al Mar park are a nine-minute walk away, La Placita de Santurce is a twelve-minute walk away, and Condado Lagoon is a sixteen-minute walk away. Old San Juan and El Morro are about fifteen minutes away by car. The apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up building, reached by stairs. Street parking is free when available, and paid lots are nearby.
