Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The home is ground-floor and in a lively area, so some city sound is possible. Check-out is at 11:00 AM; unauthorized late check-outs may incur an additional fee. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult. The apartment has no backup generator or backup water tank.
Getting there
Condado Beach is a five-minute walk away. Condado Lagoon is a five-minute walk, Ventana al Mar oceanfront park is a seven-minute walk, La Placita de Santurce is an eight-minute walk, Freshmart Condado is a four-minute walk, and Old San Juan is a 15-minute drive. The airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Free street parking is available, and ride-sharing, taxis, buses, and rental cars are transportation options.
