House rules
No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted. Infants under two years old sleeping in cribs do not count toward the six-guest occupancy. A signed waiver is required to rent additional kayaks.
Getting there
The property is oceanfront in Old Man Bay, with a sandy trail and paver stones leading to a pebbly beachfront. Snorkeling is available just steps from the backyard, and pool shoes or fins are recommended for foot protection when entering the water. The shoreline may include natural rock formations and can vary with tides and weather. Two single kayaks are provided; additional single and tandem kayaks require a signed waiver for rental.
