This furnished Caribbean-style home has three bedrooms and oceanfront access with snorkeling just steps from the backyard. A sandy trail with paver stones leads to a pebbly beachfront; pool shoes or fins are recommended for foot protection when entering the water. The property occupies an oversized one-acre lot measuring over 400 feet deep, with a gated driveway, heavy front landscaping and a private pool. French doors and screened porches at the front and rear provide cross-ventilation. Air conditioning cools the bedrooms and bathrooms, while ceiling fans cool the living areas. The home has a full kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast-bar seating, a furnished living area with cushioned seating and a large television, a full-width screened porch with cushioned patio seating, and an indoor dining table that seats four. The pool deck has sun loungers, a charcoal grill and a tiki picnic table. Two single kayaks are provided during the stay; additional single and tandem kayaks are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver. Infants under two years old sleeping in cribs do not count toward occupancy. A cleaning fee is included for enhanced cleaning, sanitation and inspection protocols.
