House rules
The manor is reserved for one group, with a maximum of 16 people on request; 12 people is the stated ideal group size. Some experiences, including bicycle use, painting, and massage, are available on request for an additional charge. Alcoholic drinks are available for an additional charge. The Weekend Cultural package includes late checkout on Sunday at 14:00.

The property is in Gura-Râului, 18 km from Sibiu; the stated travel times are 20 minutes to Sibiu and 25 minutes to Păltiniș. The property is in the centre of the village.
