House rules
No smoking, parties or events. Pets are not allowed, and groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key collection. Check-in is 16:00–20:00 daily; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, check-in and check-out hours may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Final cleaning costs €155 per booking. Hoomy concierge service costs 10% of the booking. Optional linen charges: towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Kitchen towels and heating are included. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Ordered household linen is supplied for the stay without replacement; mid-stay housekeeping is not provided.
Getting there
Golandières Beach is 1.8 km away and Gros Joncs Beach is 2.2 km away. No beach access mode is stated. There is no private parking; street parking or a car park a few metres away is available. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The property has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for vehicle charging.
