Smoking, pets, parties, events and gatherings are prohibited. Breaches of the gathering restrictions may result in termination of the stay and additional charges for damage or specialist cleaning. All guests except French nationals must provide a valid passport or government-issued photo ID before arrival for mandatory registration with local authorities. A local tourist tax may apply separately from the accommodation price, calculated per guest per night under local regulations and payable before arrival.
Getting there
The ground-floor entrance opens directly onto the pavement. Porte de Charenton Metro Station (Line 8) is a 7-minute walk away; the Bois de Vincennes is around 10 minutes away. The studio is suitable for children aged 2–12 but not for infants under 2.
