The recently renovated apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a new mattress, with a duvet and pillow in the closet, plus a living room with a sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, glass-ceramic hob, coffee machine and plancha. A television, iron and hair dryer are available. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Professional cleaning takes place before and after each stay.
Guests may use the residence's private parking. The beach and town center, with shops and restaurants, are a two-minute walk away. Houlgate station is seven minutes away on foot, and Deauville-Normandy Airport is 30 minutes away by car.
