## About the house

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. It has a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a large balcony furnished with a wrought iron table and chairs. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds; both have large wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The kitchen includes an oven, fridge, freezer and juicer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television, fans, mosquito net and hairdryer are available.

The apartment is opposite the train station, less than a five-minute walk away, and a short walk from the cycle path, seafront and central square. Restaurants, shops, beaches and services can be reached on foot, allowing a stay without a car. Nice Airport is just over an hour's drive away.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00; the starting time is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets.
