The condo has a king bedroom with an attached bathroom, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the common area. A Pack ’n Play, smart TVs, puzzles, board games and cards are provided. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, cookware, coffee makers, a desk/work area, dryer, ceiling fans, private entrance, carbon monoxide detector, and BBQ utensils and grill brush. Guests have access to Terra’s community sports pool, waterslide, lazy river and hot tub. Access to nearby Coral Springs includes year-round heated indoor and outdoor pools, spas, a fitness center, clubhouse lounge, tennis courts and basketball courts. Terra’s pickleball courts are coming soon. Guests receive discounts from 16 local partners, including Crush Golf + Grill, Jellystone Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Pizza Factory, Café Sabor and ATV and bike rentals; codes are sent 48 hours after booking.
