The house

This 174 sqm home has a powder-blue formal sitting room with a sofa, armchair, TV and ornamental fireplace, plus a guest toilet beneath the stairs. At the rear, the vaulted kitchen has floor-to-ceiling glazing overlooking the garden, double ovens, a gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A dining table seats eight, and an adjoining informal sitting area has a sofa and TV. Glass doors open to a private garden with outdoor seating and a barbecue.

On the first floor, the family bathroom has a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, basin and toilet. The garden-facing children’s bedroom has bunk beds and a wardrobe; the front bedroom has a super-king bed, fitted wardrobe and bay window. The first-floor study is private and unavailable to guests. The top-floor master suite has a super-king bed, TV and Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. Its en-suite bathroom has a freestanding roll-top bath, walk-in shower, basin and toilet.

Underfloor heating serves the bathrooms and the entire ground floor. Air conditioning serves the kitchen/informal sitting area and south-facing bedrooms, including the master suite.

The home is suitable for children and infants. Towels, bed linen and essentials are provided, alongside an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
