# Colorful Classic Beachfront + Oceanview Apartment Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico (general area) ## About the house The apartment accommodates six guests in three bedrooms, each with one king bed, and has two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and balcony. It is an older, unrenovated apartment: furniture, finishes and fittings show age and regular wear, and maintenance is modest rather than high-end. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware. Other facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a smart TV, ceiling fans, heating, hot water, room-darkening shades, outdoor seating, a private entrance and a garage. TV channel service and meals are not included. Shared condominium facilities include three swimming pools, pool chairs, beach access, 24-hour security, a poolside snack restaurant, a convenience store and a paid laundry service area. Bed linen and duvets, one bath towel and one pool towel per person, soap, shampoo and basic welcome supplies are provided. A hair dryer and carbon monoxide detector are available. Cleaning before arrival and after departure is included. Additional cleaning and replenishment of supplies cost extra. The apartment is beachfront at km 13.5 in Cancún’s Hotel Zone, near restaurants, shops, supermarkets, nightlife and public transportation. There is an elevator, but several stairs remain, including stairs inside the apartment; consider this when travelling with anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. Exercise particular caution around railings, especially with children, because of their height and the property’s structure. Sargassum may affect beach conditions. Local wildlife, including geckos, spiders and scorpions, may be encountered; avoid leaving uncovered food outside. A car is recommended for exploring the Riviera Maya but is not necessary for enjoying the beach, nearby restaurants and the Hotel Zone. Restaurants on Kukulcán Boulevard are accessible by bus or car. Approximate distances and times are: Cancún Airport 19.1 km/20 minutes; ADO Bus Station 15.4 km/30 minutes; pharmacy 8.8 km/13 minutes; OXXO 300 m/4 minutes. Minimum stay: two nights. No pets, parties, events or gatherings. No smoking or illegal substances indoors. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Music and speakers may only be used indoors with doors and windows closed. Respect the maximum reservation guest count; only registered guests may stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Every guest must complete registration and provide valid official photo identification to authorize access. Before arrival, identification photos for every guest and signed condominium regulations are required. Turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
