## About the house

This updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment accommodates up to seven guests. Floor-to-ceiling and wide sliding windows overlook the Pacific, Diamond Head and Waikiki shoreline. The open-plan living and dining area has coastal furnishings, a glass-top dining table, Smart TV, cable and stereo. A lanai/balcony and ceiling fans are available.

The primary suite has ocean views, blackout drapes, space for a crib or Pack ’n Play, and a full ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. The guest suite has ocean views and a full ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping accommodation is in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless appliances, island seating, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, slow cooker, rice cooker, utensils and disposal. A full-size washer/dryer, linens, hair dryer, crib, additional bedding and toys are provided. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, mats, an umbrella, a beach bag and an insulated cooler bag.

The secure oceanfront building has elevators, a laundry room, oceanfront sitting areas, outdoor rinse showers and on-site dining at Michel’s. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and deadbolt lock. Self check-in and check-out and 24-hour check-in are available. The apartment is reserved exclusively for the renter for a full 30-day period.

A car is recommended but not necessary.

Smoking is not allowed. The property is available exclusively to the renter for a full 30-day period. Optional additional mid-stay cleaning is available for $300.
