The house

The downstairs living area has an L-shaped sofa, smart TV, and a children's table, chairs and toys. Meals can be enjoyed at the six-person dining table or in the private courtyard with outdoor seating. Ducted air conditioning runs throughout the home, and heating and Wi-Fi are available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, oven, gas hob, microwave and coffee machine. All three bedrooms are upstairs and include linen and storage. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bath and private balcony; the other bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. The main bathroom has a shower, bathtub, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. A second bathroom downstairs has a toilet and shower.

The downstairs laundry includes a front-loading washing machine, iron and ironing board, with a dryer in the garage. Baby essentials include a cot, high chair, toys, cutlery and dishes; guests must bring their own cot sheets. Parks, playgrounds and attractions are nearby. The secure garage accommodates one medium car only.
