The property is 6 km from Panicale, 2 km from shops and services in Tavernelle, and about 15 minutes from Lake Trasimeno. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The property has parking for up to five cars within the grounds.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Pets are permitted, with mandatory additional cleaning for animals. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
