Coeur de la Montagne is a 4,817-square-foot home among aspens, accommodating up to 12 guests. Each of its four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms have king beds; the bunk bedroom has two queen-over-queen bunk beds and a lounge area with a couch and flat-screen TV. There are four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the San Juan Mountains. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas include a fireplace. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, a kitchen island, a drip coffee maker, an espresso machine and a tea kettle. A washer, dryer, heating, linens, towels, smart TV, video games and ski storage are provided.

A multi-level deck and patio offer outdoor dining and lounging space among the aspens, with a cedar hot tub built into the deck. Free Wi-Fi and parking, including a garage, are available. Mountain Village’s Dial-a-Ride serves the home and gondola.

Ski in from Polar Queen Express or the bottom of Prospect Bowl along the service road to the back of the house. To ski out, walk across the street to Sundance Run. Ski access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Mountain Village’s Dial-a-Ride is available between the home and gondola. Parking is limited to three cars.

Maximum occupancy is 12. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available on request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Longer stays require additional cleaning and payment. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
