The house

The single-level villa has an open-plan living and dining area with tropical décor, plantation shutters, a Smart TV and dining seating for four. A private covered lanai overlooks tropical gardens and connects to the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, utensils, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and ice machine.

Both bedrooms have a queen bed, central air conditioning and space for a crib or pack and play. The primary bedroom has garden views, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has access to the second full bathroom.

The home includes ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, satellite or cable television, a washer and dryer, linens, extra pillows and blankets, an iron and beach chairs, towels and a cooler. Shared community facilities include two swimming pools, three whirlpool spas, barbecue areas, shaded dining gazebos, walking and biking paths, landscaped grounds and gated entry. A fitness room is also available.

Ko Olina Lagoons, Ko Olina Golf Club, Ko Olina Station, shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. Kapolei shopping centers, Coral Creek Golf Course, the marina and local hiking trails are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Monthly rentals only; the full monthly rate applies regardless of the number of nights stayed.
