Before you book
House rules
Minimum stay is 29 nights. The monthly rate applies in full regardless of nights occupied; prorating is not available. Electricity up to $300 per month is included, and guests pay overages. Children are welcome. Grilling on lanais is prohibited. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside, on lanais and in all common areas. Commercially registered vehicles may not park overnight. Guests arriving with non-compliant vehicles may be denied check-in without refund. During scheduled exterior work, remove personal items from the lanai, keep windows and doors closed, and temporarily relocate vehicles if required.
Getting there
A car is recommended. The community pool, hot tub and Ko Olina shoreline path are a three-minute walk away; Ko Olina swimming lagoons and Ko Olina Station shops and cafés are within walking distance. Honolulu International Airport is 25 minutes away. Parking is limited to one assigned standard/compact stall and one standard vehicle in the driveway; oversized vehicles and large SUVs are not permitted. Exterior pressure washing and painting are scheduled for February 16–March 1, 2027, weather permitting, with weekday work from 08:00 to 17:00 and possible daytime noise. Ladders may be used near windows and lanais.
