Its open-plan living area has comfortable seating, ocean-inspired art, a smart TV and a six-seat dining table. Sliding glass doors open to a shaded, private ground-level lanai overlooking tropical landscaping. The remodel includes new flooring, modern lighting and quartz counters. The kitchen has stainless appliances, a quartz waterfall island, cookware, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine. The primary bedroom has a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, direct lanai access and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has access to a private lanai corner and an adjacent full bathroom. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens and beach towels are provided. Community facilities include a lagoon-style pool, hot tub, sandy-bottom children’s area and landscaped walking paths. Access to Ko Olina Championship Golf Course, spa facilities, kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals, and dining at nearby Four Seasons and Aulani Disney Resort carries additional fees. The community pool, hot tub and Ko Olina shoreline path are a three-minute walk away. Ko Olina’s swimming lagoons and Ko Olina Station shops and cafés are within walking distance. Honolulu International Airport is 25 minutes away. A car is recommended. The condo is offered on a monthly-rate basis with a minimum 29-night stay. Exterior pressure washing and painting are scheduled for February 16–March 1, 2027, weather permitting, with weekday work from 08:00 to 17:00 and possible daytime noise. Ladders may be used near windows and lanais. Minimum stay is 29 nights. The monthly rate applies in full regardless of nights occupied; prorating is not available. Electricity up to $300 per month is included, and guests pay overages. Children are welcome. Grilling on lanais is prohibited. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside, on lanais and in all common areas. Commercially registered vehicles may not park overnight. Guests arriving with non-compliant vehicles may be denied check-in without refund.
