Before you book
House rules
Minimum stay: 29 nights. The full monthly charge applies even when occupancy is shorter than a full month; prorating is not available. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month, with guests responsible for overage. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property. Commercially registered vehicles may not park overnight. During scheduled painting and pressure washing, guests must remove personal items from the lanai or balcony, keep windows and doors closed, and may need to temporarily relocate vehicles.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Ko Olina’s beach lagoons, oceanfront path and Ko Olina Station are within walking distance. Parking is limited to one assigned stall for a standard or compact vehicle; oversized vehicles are not permitted, and there is no public or street parking. Community exterior painting and pressure washing are scheduled for August 7–17, 2026, with additional select dates during 2026–2027, weather permitting. Work runs Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, with possible daytime noise and ladders near windows, lanais and balconies.
