The open-plan living and dining area has tropical-inspired furnishings, ceiling fans, a 50-inch Smart TV and a dining table for six. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and bar seating, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and cooking utensils. A private lanai is surrounded by tropical greenery.

The primary bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bench. Both guest bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the second guest bedroom also has a TV. A second full bathroom serves the villa.

Amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach essentials, a private entrance and garage storage. Coconut Plantation’s shared facilities include two swimming pools, hot tubs, BBQ pavilions and hammock groves.

Ko Olina Station’s shops, restaurants and cafés, the beach lagoons and the oceanfront path are within walking distance. Ko Olina Golf Club and Marina, Paradise Cove Luau, Aulani Disney Resort and Kapolei shopping and dining are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The villa is offered for monthly vacation stays with a minimum of 29 nights.

A car is recommended. Ko Olina’s beach lagoons, oceanfront path and Ko Olina Station are within walking distance. Parking is limited to one assigned stall for a standard or compact vehicle; oversized vehicles are not permitted, and there is no public or street parking. Community exterior painting and pressure washing are scheduled for August 7–17, 2026, with additional select dates during 2026–2027, weather permitting. Work runs Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, with possible daytime noise and ladders near windows, lanais and balconies.

Minimum stay: 29 nights. The full monthly charge applies even when occupancy is shorter than a full month; prorating is not available. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month, with guests responsible for overage. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property. Commercially registered vehicles may not park overnight. During scheduled painting and pressure washing, guests must remove personal items from the lanai or balcony, keep windows and doors closed, and may need to temporarily relocate vehicles.
