Before you book
House rules
Monthly rentals only; a fixed monthly rate applies regardless of nights stayed. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Exterior painting is scheduled July 29–August 7, 2026, with additional community work during select dates in 2026–2027, weather permitting. Work occurs Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, and includes pressure washing, painting and ladders near windows, lanais and balconies. During scheduled work, remove personal items from the lanai or balcony, keep windows and doors closed, and temporarily relocate vehicles if required. Roof maintenance was scheduled October 20–31, 2025, with possible roof noise and no unit entry required.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Ko Olina Lagoons, Ko Olina Station shops and the Golf Club are within walking distance. Kapolei shopping, marina activities, hiking trails and grocery stores are a short drive away. Parking is limited to one standard or compact vehicle; oversized vehicles and street parking are prohibited, and there is no garage access. Air conditioning is unavailable.
