The single-level villa has an open-concept living and dining area, tropical furnishings, a dining table seating four, and sliding doors to a private shaded garden lanai with cushioned seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and toaster oven, cookware and utensils.

Both bedrooms have garden views and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower, plus space for a crib or pack and play. The guest bedroom has access to a full hall bathroom. Air conditioning is unavailable; ceiling and portable fans are provided throughout.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a smart TV with satellite or cable television, a washer and dryer, linens, hot water, a private entrance, a smoke detector and a deadbolt lock. Children are welcome. Self check-in and check-out are available.

Shared community facilities include two swimming pools, three whirlpool spas, BBQ areas, recreation centers, landscaped grounds and walking paths. Ko Olina Lagoons, Ko Olina Station shops, dining and the Golf Club are within walking distance. Kapolei shopping, marina activities, hiking trails and grocery stores are a short drive away. A car is necessary. One reserved parking space accommodates a standard or compact vehicle only.

Monthly rentals only; a fixed monthly rate applies regardless of nights stayed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property. Exterior painting and pressure washing may cause daytime noise and temporary restrictions during scheduled work.

During scheduled work, remove personal items from the lanai or balcony, keep windows and doors closed, and temporarily relocate vehicles if required. Roof maintenance was scheduled October 20–31, 2025, with possible roof noise and no unit entry required.
