House rules
Monthly rentals only, with a 29-night minimum. A fixed monthly charge applies regardless of nights stayed. Electricity usage has a $500/month cap; guests are responsible for overage. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping are prohibited everywhere on the property. Commercial vehicles may not park overnight. An exterior painting notice identifies July 20–29, 2026, with community work also scheduled on select dates in 2026–2027, weather permitting. Work takes place Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and includes pressure washing, painting and ladders near windows, lanais and balconies. During scheduled work, guests must remove personal items from lanais or balconies and keep windows and doors closed; vehicles may need to be temporarily relocated.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Ko Olina’s lagoons, the golf course, Monkeypod Kitchen and boutique shopping are within walking reach. Kapolei shopping, dining and entertainment are a short drive away. The townhome spans two stories. Parking accommodates compact or standard vehicles only. Exterior painting and pressure washing may cause daytime noise and require temporary vehicle relocation.
